1935  Perhaps the unrest which has shown itself in the Progressive movement of the 1920's, and in the C.C.F. and other movements of political protest in the 1930's has pointed in the same direction.
1961  The CCF was born in Calgary in 1932 and held its first national convention in Regina in 1933.
1964  The Saskatchewan people defeated the CCF not decisively, but almost reluctantly. . . .
