Type: 5. Frequency — Texas mickey is an informal term for the largest size of hard liquor bottles sold in Canada. The term is most prevalent in Canada (see Chart 1).

- 1987  She doesn't say what happened to the contents, but in the Fraser Valley, lids are needed for 10 Texas mickey bottles (133 ounces). 
- 1988  Snake-wine addicts can purchase a Texas Mickey-sized bottle of Hwongryongsul Yellow Dragon Liquor. 
- 1995  As exhibits, prosecutor Jon Hak presented a drained 1,182-millilitre Texas mickey of vodka and an all but empty 768-ml bottle of rye whiskey.
